Breaking Records Everywhere!

Real Estate

You may have seen my posts about how well the real estate market did in 2020 despite 9 weeks of shut down. But, I'm also happy to share that I beat my own personal records last year as well! Many in agents in my office shared similar experiences as I ranked number 2 in sales volume and number 4 in units sold. I had 40 sold units and nearly 7.5 million in sales volume. I cannot express enough gratitude for all those who trusted me with their real estate needs. I appreciate all that my clients go through to make these transitions and love the opportunity to come along side of them to make it a great experience! Many sales have struggles along the way that I am able to work through and build a lasting connection as a trusted real estate agent. With the sales volume of 2020 and the scarcity of inventory, even finding homes for buyers who wanted to take advantage of the low interest rates was tough. But, it's all the more of a celebration when we finally win a contract on a house they love! Sellers on the other hand get to benefit from a market where selling a house is relatively simple. Sparing no expense, my marketing still gets put to work in an effort to drive as many offers as I can to get top dollar for each listing. More times than not, my listings sold at full price and even up to 25k over list price before all my marketing had rolled out! Real estate is an ever moving and changing industry and I look forward to what 2021 will bring!
